What's included in the free tier?+
The free plan gives you unlimited members, 4 events per month, announcements, a member directory, and a club portal. If you charge for tickets on a paid event, the platform fee is 7% (paid memberships and merch are Pro+ features). Perfect for testing the waters. Upgrade to Pro when you're ready to charge dues, sell merch, or run paid events at a lower fee.
Can I start free and upgrade later?+
Yes. Start on the Free tier, grow your club, and upgrade whenever you're ready. All your data carries over seamlessly.
What counts as a transaction fee?+
Anything you charge through Mingoal — paid event tickets, dues / paid memberships, or merch sales — has a small platform fee taken from the total before the rest is paid out to your connected Stripe account. Free clubs and unpaid events incur no fee at all. Standard Stripe processing fees also apply.
Can I downgrade my plan?+
Yes, any time. If you go back to Free you'll keep your existing members, but some features (like paid memberships and merch) will pause.
Is there a contract or commitment?+
No. All plans are month-to-month. Cancel anytime, no penalties.
What payment methods do you accept?+
All major credit cards via Stripe. For Scale plans we can also arrange invoicing.
